What Problems Will Occur if the Processing Temperature of Automobile Mould is Too High?

In the process of automobile mould processing, if you want to produce high-quality injection molds, you must effectively control the temperature. It is smoother, but we must pay attention to the temperature to control a suitable range.


If the temperature is too high, the effect in the process of automobile mould processing is not necessarily a good thing. In many cases, high temperature will also bring some negative effects. The following aspects are the phenomenon that the processing temperature of automobile mold is too high.


1. Thermal deformation of automobile mould processing machinery


In the process of automobile mould processing, if the temperature is higher, although it is a better way to maintain the fluidity of the injection molding raw materials, there are many hydraulic components in the production machinery that may cause overheating. Swelling occurs.


2. The viscosity of automobile mould processing oil is reduced


At the same time, we can see that during the processing of automobile moulds, if the temperature is found to be too high, it is easy to cause the oil temperature inside the machine to be too high, and cause the viscosity of the oil to decrease.


3. Deformation of sealing parts in automobile mould processing


The high temperature in the production process can also easily affect the accelerated aging of some parts using rubber, because rubber is a heat-labile material. If the high temperature is maintained during the automotive mold processing process, some parts inside the injection molding machine Seals made of rubber are more prone to deformation, aging and so on.


4. Deterioration of hydraulic oil in automobile mould processing


The hydraulic oil used in the equipment is also prone to deterioration due to high temperature. Once the hydraulic oil oxidizes and deteriorates due to high temperature, some asphalt substances will be precipitated, which directly reduces the service life of the hydraulic oil. And there will be blockages, which will easily block some gaps or outlets, which will affect the work of the pressure valve, and even some metal pipes will be elongated, bent, broken, and so on.


Therefore, if you want to ensure the production of high-quality automobile moulds, then we think that when processing automobile moulds, you must pay attention to the temperature control. The temperature should not be too low, but the same should not be too high. Only the temperature can make the production go smoothly.
